Q. What is electronic giving or e-giving?A. Electronic giving or e-giving is an automatic funds transfer program which allows church members to make contributions without having to manually write and mail checks.
Q. What are the advantages of electronic giving?A. Electronic giving is easy, safe, secure, and convenient. Your giving is tailored to how often, and how much you want to give, regardless of absences due to vacations, illness, business travel, or other commitments. Your generous financial support allows Crossroads Church to better plan its ministries.
Q. How are electronic giving contributions automatically deducted from an account?A. Once you establish an Easy Tithe account offered through the Crossroads Church of Greeley website at www.crossroadsgreeley.com ,and with your authorization, your specified contributions are electronically charged to your checking, savings, or card account and sent to Crossroads Church of Greeley financial account.
Q. When will my contributions be deducted from my account?A. Deductions will begin on the date you specify in your Easy Tithe account.
Q. If I don't write manual checks, how do I balance my checkbook or account for my giving amounts?A. Since your contributions are made at a predetermined date, you can simply record the amounts in your check register. In the case of giving by debit, credit, or check card, your contributions will appear on your card statement.
